From a technical perspective, the system from the blower to the gas holder is a pressurized system, so air intake should not cause an increase in the oxygen content in the gas. Similarly, the system from the Roots blower at the gas holder outlet to the advanced desulfurization system is also pressurized, so this issue should not arise there as well. The biggest issue now is whether air will leak in from behind the P-shaped tube flap of the coke oven to the blower Will air leak in from the gas holder inlet to the Roots blower room?
