What’s wrong with the inlet check valve section of the diaphragm pump?

One of the diaphragm pumps in our factory stopped working during operation; upon disassembly, it was found that the imported check valve had broken
It is usually caused by excessive pipe stress.
It could be a quality issue with the imported check valve, or it’s common for diaphragm pumps to have a return line from the outlet to the inlet to prevent pressure buildup. Could it be that the pressure returning from the outlet is too high? I hope this can help you
