Recently, during the initial stages of system operation, the compressor did not consume any power, causing the inlet pressure to rise very high; closing the return valve didn’t help either. After about ten minutes, everything returned to normal, and then the return valve was quickly reopened. It has been like this for the past six months. German products are not necessarily of good quality. Thank you all. When the compressors in Phase 2 of Shandong Haihua were damaged, I was the one who handled the situation on site (it was due to equipment problems). If anyone has any questions, I can provide explanations at ccedrj222@163.com. This post was last edited by ccedrj123 on 2008-4-3 08:47. ] # , , &
The original poster needs to explain the situation more clearly; I have never encountered such a problem. Preliminary estimates are related to chlorine purity and internal control logic. The original poster, please be more detailed so we can all analyze it together
To be more specific and shock you a bit: when the machine can’t handle as much flow, you need to turn off the recirculation flow, right? The problem is that the more you turn it off, the lower the flow rate becomes, gradually approaching the surge flow range, which scared me to death
The original poster is being too dramatic; those in the technical field shouldn’t act like that. Present some data instead: lol. Besides, it’s just a matter of parking the car – what’s there to worry about? This post was last edited by jieg on 2008-2-17 at 14:25
This isn’t something to take lightly; last year we damaged a 3K unit here (due to equipment issues)
At first, the machine couldn’t reach the desired production volume! The turbine is used to compress chlorine; its compression ratio is low, which prevents the machine from handling large volumes of gas. Remedial measures: 1. Increase the flow rate quickly – not only should the inlet valve be opened, but the outlet valve and any emergency chlorine valves should also be opened as wide as possible. There is input as well as output. 2. Increase the current in the electrolytic cell rapidly to improve the purity of chlorine and raise the compression ratio.
