Management methods for the repair shop

I started working in the equipment maintenance workshop office of our factory as a maintenance technician in 2008. Having previously worked on the front line, I wasn’t very familiar with equipment maintenance management; especially when it came to personnel management. Some of the people I worked with were colleagues I had worked alongside for a long time, and I didn’t know how to manage them. If anyone with experience could help me out, I would be very grateful. First of all, I want to encourage the brother upstairs – the fact that you have been able to move on to a management position is a sign of your progress, and it’s something worth celebrating； Secondly, it is important to foster unity; coordinating relationships with colleagues who worked together in the past is very crucial ； In third-level management, it is important to use the right methods; one should not forget former colleagues just because they have been promoted. Tasks need to be assigned in a reasonable manner, and commands should not be given in an arbitrary tone. Decisions must be made promptly without any hesitation ； In short, it is necessary to review past working methods more often, put oneself in others’ shoes, and continuously improve management skills.
