Due to the production model, some positions in our company are carried out by temporary workers. Although employment contracts have been signed with them in accordance with **labor law regulations, their low educational level and lack of professional training result in frequent accidents and conflicts. I would like to ask if Haiyou Company faces similar issues, and if there are any effective solutions to address this problem :handshake :handshake
The temporary workers in our company are all engaged in physical labor; we never assign them to production positions, so accidents generally do not occur.
Treat temporary workers with a normal attitude!
Generally speaking, similar situations exist in the factories of various companies, especially in private enterprises where this phenomenon is even more common. Bosses always focus on achieving profits and overlook the economic benefits that come from ensuring safety. Given China’s large population and the low cost of temporary workers, there is no effective solution to this problem for now. Most chemical companies assign temporary workers to physically demanding tasks in areas where accidents are less likely to occur. Assigning them to important positions without first ensuring they have received proper training violates the regulations regarding worker employment; immediate action must be taken to address this issue. The key point is that accidents can occur even in positions that are not particularly important; for example, regarding the principle of avoiding harm to oneself, others, and the environment at work, the incidence of accidents in such situations is relatively high.
