I read in the information that some refineries extract the vacuum fourth-line oil (or overvaporized oil) and pump it directly to the bottom of the atmospheric tower. Doesn't this increase the load on the vacuum furnace? Or is the Minus Four Oil used as an activator? Is it really effective as an activator?
