That day, at Ailian Technology, I saw their method for wastewater treatment – using potato waste mash; after centrifugation, the clear liquid and the pomace are sent to separate anaerobic reactors, and I think it’s a great approach. I’m eager to hear everyone’s insights; looking forward to a reply!
Can their separator separate solids from liquids? Does this resolve the issue left, making it easy to handle? This was the method used for separation and crystallization at the spice factory where I used to work; I’m not sure if it will be helpful to the original poster
Separation is no problem; the separated distillers’ grains contain about 75% water, while the clear liquid contains about 5% dry matter. The question I asked mainly concerns the advantages of using different anaerobic reactors for these two types of materials separately.

The separated distillers’ grains contain 75% water – how can an anaerobic process be employed? Is it solid-state fermentation? To increase its protein content for use as feed? I think it should be like that, hehe
