Is my mouse slow?

I have noticed that my mouse is slow these days. :'( :'( :'( When the mouse is placed on a link or the scroll bar is pulled with the mouse, there will be no response for about five seconds. It feels really bad. I thought it was caused by a virus or Trojan horse, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Only Haichuan's page is like this. I wonder if any of you have encountered this situation? It's not a common phenomenon. Look for your own reasons.
