In 2007, the company’s gross production value was 2.2 billion yuan, with maintenance costs amounting to 50 million yuan (the company undergoes major repairs every 1.5 years; the above figures include the costs associated with these major repairs). The assessment of equipment management focuses on aspects such as the equipment integrity rate, leakage rate, and the completion rate of scheduled maintenance. The assessment of costs emphasizes the control of regular maintenance expenses and unplanned maintenance costs, as well as the control of total annual expenses.
