In chemical production, both fixed equipment and rotating machinery have numerous monitoring parameters, such as operating values, alarm values, safety valve setting values, and interlock activation values. If there are no complete original design documents or random data, and only one operational value indicator is available, which discipline should determine the other indicators? Based on personal experience, it seems that the setting value of the safety valve should be determined by the equipment team, as it falls under their jurisdiction according to the \"Boilers and Pressured Vessels Management Regulations\". Right?
