It is possible to hold specialized technical lectures, discussing different processes, in order to encourage discussions on technology and improve everyone’s technical skills and knowledge. The moderator determines the topic, after which interested parties sign up. The moderator then selects a speaker from among those who have signed up, announces the date of the lecture, and provides appropriate compensation; other people can rate the quality of the lecture. Agreed; this is an excellent suggestion that can improve everyone’s skills and help us all progress together! ! ! :victory: :victory: :victory:
It’s just you who’s supporting me; I’m about to sink:lol :lol :lol
Please give your support; especially for beginners like me, such opportunities are very rare.
Hehe, let’s have a free debate; I’ll participate too at that time. I do have some basic knowledge about diaphragm caustic soda.
This might all be ideas for the future, or resolutions that can be proposed when you hold a formal meeting
I hope this suggestion can be put into practice; after all, everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. I hope such lectures will enable everyone to exchange views in depth, learn from one another’s strengths to compensate for their weaknesses, and make progress together. Moreover, those who are more capable should work harder, as hard work leads to greater rewards – it not only increases wealth but also provides more members with opportunities to learn. Why not do it?
