This includes refractory bricks for sulfur incineration furnaces, and interior ceramic tiles for acid absorption towers, etc.
There are far more than just a few; it seems that there are several places in Pingxiang, Jiangxi that do a good job.
Hehe, I’m also looking for similar organizations. The lining is extremely crucial in sulfuric acid production; if it isn’t done properly, production will face significant difficulties. One must have the necessary qualifications and proven construction experience. If any colleague has information on this topic, feel free to get in touch via email.
For manufacturing lining bricks for absorption towers in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, the quality of the bricks as well as the brick-laying techniques are satisfactory. We have used products from Hengxi Chemical Filler Factory in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, and Pingxiang Qunxing Chemical Ceramic Factory, and their performance was good. For the laying of refractory bricks, we have always used those from Zibo, Shandong.
I have been to a sulfuric acid plant with a capacity of 400,000 tons; the sulfur incineration furnaces in that plant were lined by China’s Fifth Metallurgical Construction Company, while the drying towers were lined with bricks produced by Jiangxi Pingxiang Xiangdong Metallurgical and Chemical Ceramic Factory – and the results of using those linings were quite good.
The Xiangdong Metallurgical and Ceramic Industry Factory in Pingxiang, Jiangxi is quite good; I had their systems installed for both of my projects. There are many manufacturers in Pingxiang, but not many of them can be trusted. :L
