Regarding three-way valves, the factory in Chengdu, KTMC, is capable of producing them; it belongs to TYCO Valve Company. The technology used by KTMC is that of the Japanese company KTM, so there should be no technical issues. However, in Chengdu only soft-seal versions can be manufactured, and their prices seem to be even higher than those of three-way valves produced in Taiwan. It is recommended to purchase three-way valves from TYCO Company in Taiwan.
