Catalytic flue gas expansion joint

Could that senior colleague tell me what other problems can occur in the expansion joints of the flue gas inlet pipeline of a catalytic unit, aside from dew point corrosion and catalyst accumulation? Issues related to maintenance?
I recommend that you buy a set of petrochemical maintenance manuals
1. Proper insulation at the expansion joints is necessary to reduce heat loss and to minimize the risk of dew point corrosion. 2. Disabling or removing the backflow steam at the expansion joint can reduce corrosion there. 3. Water should be added to the water seal tank slowly to prevent it from rushing into the flue gas line and causing corrosion to the expansion joints.
