Is the electrical explosion-proof level in a dry gas environment containing hydrogen (20% volume) DIIBT4 or DIICT4?

The main component of dry gas is methane. According to the example of grouping of gas or steam explosive mixtures in Appendix 3 of the Design Code for Explosive and Fire Electrical Installations, methane is Class II A and the group is T2. The relative is IIC and the group is T1. Then the explosion-proof level of the explosion-proof electrical appliance is higher than IIC T2.
Area 1 or Area 0 where hydrogen exists should be IICT1

The classification of hydrogen is IIC and the grouping is T1. If it is explosion-proof, it should be at the highest level.
