We need to increase the number of members and expand opportunities for technical exchanges. The industry-specific technical exchange sections in our forum cover only a limited range of fields. If possible, it is recommended to improve the management of these sections and create new ones: 1. Fine chemicals exchange section, including pesticides, dyes, pigments, additives, and surfactants; 2. Electrochemistry exchange section; 3. Analytical chemistry exchange section; 4. Fluorosilicon technology exchange section. Many people work in the fields covered by sections 1 to 3, while section 4 represents an industry that has emerged in recent years and is developing rapidly, with a significant number of professionals involved – I myself work in this industry. The above are merely my temporary thoughts, and there are difficulties in bringing them to reality. However, such changes are still necessary if it is to become a platform for technical exchanges.
A piece of advice. I just saw that the industry section requires a breakdown of the polymer sector, so I posted a post expressing my opposition. Provide some references based on the issues in the process area. Currently, the process area sees hundreds of posts per day; that’s good:victory:. It’s popular, but the quality of the content has somewhat declined :,L. It’s a concern. Without some good discussions, too many posts won’t attract popularity either (at least there will be fewer pieces of valuable advice). If the original poster is interested, could they first conduct an analysis of the distribution of post contents in this forum, and then launch a vote like the leader did to see what the public’s opinion is? If there is support, :hug: I’ll definitely back it! It hasn’t been fully analyzed yet, so everyone can come and discuss it.
