Regarding the hanging ears of enamel reaction kettles

The company is working on the design of a new workshop and will need 12,500L and 20,000L closed-type enamel reactors. The design process requires taking into account the installation dimensions as well as the opening dimensions of these reactors. We have consulted two manufacturers of enamel reactors; one uses Type A lugs while the other uses Type B lugs. This results in significant differences in installation dimensions, and it’s also difficult to determine the appropriate opening dimensions for the reactors. Choosing a larger size would be wasteful in the case of Type A lugs, while choosing a smaller size might prove insufficient if Type B lugs are ultimately used. I would like to ask now which type of hanging ear is more commonly used in the reaction vessels that everyone has come across?
Type B for insulation, Type A for non-insulation. In principle, this is the way it should be chosen.
