There is a pressure tank that requires a copper lining on a carbon steel base; could someone please advise me on how to proceed? ? (The water tank can withstand a pressure of 1.0 Mpa, with a volume of 6 cubic meters)

We made small holes, not exceeding 5 mm in diameter, on the copper plates on the inner wall; the copper plates were welded to the carbon steel using TIG welding at these holes, and the copper plates themselves were also welded together using TIG welding.
Copper and carbon steel differ significantly in their physical properties and chemical compositions; as a result, copper-steel welds are prone to various defects such as cracks, lack of fusion, and pores. Among various welding methods, gas tungsten arc welding is widely used due to its advantages of concentrated arc heat, high efficiency, and good weld quality.
