CAD special characters

I have CAD 2004, and when using multi-line text editing, the special symbol commands don’t work – things like %%C, etc. Thank you
I tried it with 2006, and there was no problem
Then why doesn’t it work in 2004? Single-line editing works, but multi-line editing doesn’t. What’s the reason?
It seems there is such a problem. My approach is rather crude: I first create single lines and then break them apart. Double-click on the text section and copy the special characters there.
Then use 2006; 2004 is a bit old
It should work; check if you entered full-width characters – half-width characters are what should be used.
The person on the sixth floor is right; CAD 2004 fully supports it. In fact, I think it should work as long as the input method is set to English instead of Chinese
Yeah, I don’t think I’ve encountered this situation before; the original poster should check the input status
If the original poster has the means (a computer with sufficient processing power), it would be best to upgrade to a newer version, as newer versions offer more features and are more convenient
Just set the input method to English
