It has achieved initial results in cellulase production, raw material pretreatment, and dual-enzyme saccharification. Raw material guarantee: Build different forms of raw material bases to expand fuel ethanol production in multiple directions. Under the changing market economic conditions, stable sources of raw materials are the most basic guarantee for the continuous supply of fuel ethanol to the market, and are also the basis for the development and growth of the fuel ethanol industry. To this end, Henan Province has made the construction of raw material bases a top priority. As the leading biofuel company in Henan Province, Tianguan Group's first phase project of a cassava base of 750,000 acres in Laos has been successfully completed, and the second and third phase projects are in progress, which will provide more stable fuel ethanol raw materials to Henan Province. ； Supported by the province, the 500,000-acre virus-free sweet potato raw material base project built by Tianguan Group in Nanyang has been launched. Henan Province will also establish non-grain raw material bases based on sweet sorghum and sugar cane through various forms, and fiber ethanol raw material bases based on forest logging and wood processing residues, firewood, and cellulose-containing by-products of paper mills and sugar mills. Optimize the pattern: Scientific production and supply layout reduces the cost of fuel products. The transportation of fuel ethanol raw materials requires a certain cost, and the distribution and storage of fuel ethanol are also costly. How to reduce their costs is an important aspect to reduce the production cost of fuel ethanol and improve its economic practicality. Based on the transportation distance of fuel ethanol raw materials to the production enterprises, Henan Province selects the location of fiber ethanol production plants, with the production plant as the center and the distance from the fiber raw materials to the factory as the radius. It optimizes the layout based on economic principles throughout the province and establishes a large number of fuel ethanol production enterprises. At the same time, in terms of the distribution of fuel ethanol, the selection of gas station locations is also optimized based on the distance from the production plant to the gas station. In addition, Henan Province has also expanded its thinking from the terminal end of fuel ethanol use, using Nanyang City as a pilot, through the formulation of high-ratio ethanol gasoline standards, experimental research, fuel storage, transportation operation specifications and the construction of special gas stations.
