Through efforts in 2006–2007, Haichuan has grown into a well-known technical forum in the industry. To promote its further and faster development in 2008, the management team was optimized, and additional staffing was added to manage the new sections. The forum currently offers the following active moderator positions for everyone to choose from; applications to join the management team are welcome. Note: 1. For each sub-forum area (e.g., the Engineering and Technology Exchange Area), a single super moderator is in charge, responsible for coordinating the affairs of that sub-forum as well as arranging related activities. II. New moderators start as trial moderators; after 1 month and upon demonstrating satisfactory performance, if there are vacant moderator positions in this forum, they may apply to become full moderators. III. The main responsibilities of the actual moderators are to maintain order in this forum, promptly remove illegal and non-compliant posts, rate qualified topics, organize technical events related to this industry (such as the Haichuan Machinery Competition), increase the popularity of this forum and promote its development, with the goal of turning it into a well-known forum in the relevant industry. IV. After becoming an “official moderator”: a monthly income of 300 yuan, plus funds for various activities on an ad-hoc basis, and the ability to apply for additional funds for activities independently. V. Application requirements and process: 1. Applicants must be members of Haichuan Primary School in grade 3 or above, have been registered for at least 1 month, and have no record of posting malicious content. (People recommended by current moderators are exempt from this restriction.) 2. Be able to dedicate 1 hour or more per day to online management (once during the day and once at night), understand how to use the forum, and possess basic computer skills. 3. The management style is gentle, allowing for a calm approach to daily management as well as interactions with forum members. 4. First, select the position among those listed that interests you, send a personal introduction to the person who posted the job offer, and wait for a response. (Please include your opinions on this version in the personal introduction.) Requirements: The calculation period is 30 days; there must be at least 50 ratings and over 20 management actions. The interval between two submissions must not exceed 3 days, with a 30-day cycle in place. Forum administrators: First warning for failure; second time results in loss of moderator privileges.
