Standardized signature for design base map

Is it necessary for the person in charge of standardization to sign the design base plan for pressure vessels? Many drawings these days don’t have such a field; could the responsibilities related to standardization review be included within the tasks of verification and audit?
In my opinion, the responsibilities related to standardized review can actually be handled by those in charge of verification and audit.
The work of standardized review should generally be carried out by a third party, with the main focus being to determine whether the standards are used and applied correctly; ordinary design firms do not undertake this task, as it is combined with verification and auditing. If a standardization review is to be conducted, it must be carried out by a third party, and this process needs to be agreed upon with Party A; the main issue remains the cost.
On the design and assembly drawings of pressure vessels, our company includes a section for standardized review signatures; however, I noticed that large design institutes do not have such a section. How do you guys handle this in your design process?
Now it’s all handled by the copy editor on a part-time basis; no separate signing is required.

Logically, every drawing should have a standardization review section, to be signed by specialized personnel in charge of standardization; many state-owned machinery enterprises have such a standardization department. Most organizations do not have such a department, so they have to carry out the review and sign on behalf of others; this does not violate any laws, regulations or internal rules, and it is feasible. It must be said that the role and effectiveness of such proxy signing are not as evident as those of people who are specifically familiar with the standards. According to the management rules, only one person can sign at each level on the general layout of pressure vessels; signing on behalf of others is not allowed. I checked, and previous management rules required a section for marking and reviewing, but the current rules do not include such a section – so perhaps it can be omitted.
We haven’t signed it either, and we haven’t seen any such requirement in that regard.
It’s hard to say; it depends mainly on the opinions of the Evaluation Committee. We use cross-signing for approval, that is, the approval column and the signing column are in the same row; when signing for approval, a name is written across these two rows
