I can't find any information on methanation process design in the forum. Although it is a simple process, I am confused because it is my first time to come into contact with it~ I would like to ask for help from seniors~

Similar to a given amount of synthesis gas (including H2, CO, CO2, N2, Ar), it enters the methanation system, and the outlet is the product CH4. It is synthesized through 3-4 reactors in the process. The material balance of each methanation reactor is not calculated now, because each step requires assumptions. Just wanted to ask * * Do they have similar design experience or information?
