Can process engineers become project managers? Working in the craft field always gives the impression that there’s never enough to learn. Once a project is completed, another one starts, and it’s all new again; one has to get familiar with it from scratch, which is very exhausting. I always feel that I won’t make much progress in terms of technical skills. Out of helplessness, and considering my future development, I intend to focus on project management.
