Why is 20g not included in the container material?

Why can Q235-C only be used as a substitute for the 20g material on the boiler in 150, but not 20R? Personally, I think that as long as the design temperature is not for low-temperature containers, 20g is still a very good material

The impurity content is different, so it is difficult to replace. Personal opinion
