Our company has an excess supply of hydrogen; please share any ideas on processes that could utilize it.
Well, how to put it? Hydrogen is a resource. If your factory cannot use it, it can be processed (purified) and sold as a product.
I’m interested in knowing the amount of excess hydrogen your company has and its purity level; if possible, I’d like to explore a partnership opportunity.:) Wishing you a happy Lantern Festival!
Hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen recovery as feed gas for organic hydrogenation
Build a deep hydrogenation unit, or sell it directly as a product.
Benzene hydrogenation refining, hydrogen peroxide, hydrogenated products, HCI-based products, and so on
Hydrogen is too important; many facilities build dedicated hydrogen production units to ensure an adequate supply of it. Used in hydrodesulfurization units, such as residue hydrogenation, diesel hydrogenation, naphtha hydrogenation, etc. .
Sell it directly; if you use it again, it means creating another set of processes that you’re not familiar with, and that’s no longer a minor issue.
I agree with what was said on floor 8; building the facility cannot be completed in a short time, and by the time it’s built, the company might not have enough hydrogen available.
Take a look at the chemical companies in the surrounding area – there must be a way to utilize hydrogen, and it can also increase the profitability of these companies. Even if some companies already have their own hydrogen production facilities, they will still be willing to purchase hydrogen if the price is reasonable
Purity: 99.9 v% minimum. High abundance.
As a hydrogen fuel, zero-emission hydrogen fuel cell buses have appeared on the streets of Beijing; they can also be used in fields such as aerospace, welding, and more. Hydrogen-powered systems represent a very promising industry!
There is an excess of hydrogen; it depends on whether the hydrogen is released in a continuous and stable manner or intermittently. Only when the release is continuous and stable can it be possible to properly consider, based on your company’s market position, whether to build your own facilities for using this hydrogen to produce new products
The previous hydrogen-fired steam boiler could be considered; letting it sit idle is a waste, so burning it to produce steam can help reduce costs. Currently, there are several hydrogen-fired steam boilers in use in the country, and they are functioning fairly well.
As a raw material for adamantane or as fuel for 99% caustic soda.
If the purity is sufficient, it can be sold :lol
It can be used to produce methanol as well as in desulfurization units
Hydrogen is a clean resource! And the prices keep rising! If the amount of hydrogen available is sufficient, the poster can find a nearby company that needs hydrogen or build their own hydrogen refueling facility; if the purity is high, it can be sold to others!
Producing hydrogen peroxide or purifying it to achieve high-purity hydrogen
