How should this be handled? Also, in what form will ammonia eventually disappear from the system? :handshake

Ammonia leakage from factories is a common occurrence; dealing with it may require the use of oxidizing biocides, which can produce nitrogen oxides once they enter water bodies!
:Handshake allows for the appropriate addition of non-oxidizing bactericides to the system, in order to control the growth of nitrite-forming bacteria. Some is discharged through wastewater, some turns into nitrite and nitrate ions, some reacts with oxidizing disinfectants such as chloramine, and some evaporates into the air.
