Who can tell me what the power consumption per hour is for the auxiliary equipment of chain boilers with capacities of 6 tons, 4 tons, and 10 tons? 75 tons, 35 tons – what is the power consumption of a circulating fluidized bed boiler? Thank you; it would be great to have relevant materials.
The auxiliary power for 6-ton boilers is 82.5 KW, 61 KW for 4-ton boilers, and 130 KW for 10-ton boilers. The figures above do not include the electricity consumption associated with exhaust gas treatment, as it is difficult to compare the electricity costs of wet and dry dust removal methods.
The plant electricity consumption of the boiler unit is approximately 15% of the power generated by the unit

As far as I know, the power consumption of 12MW and 25MW units during normal operation is roughly around 15%
