I’m here to trouble you all again. Our unit needs to order a batch of distillation towers with small/pilot scale specifications. The tower diameter is 25~80mm, the tower height is 2~8 meters, and the tower kettle volume is up to 15L. Originally, I had been contacting Tianda Beiyang, but the leader suddenly changed his mind and wanted to contact more manufacturers to solicit bids. I checked on the website and found that several manufacturers I found were all from Tianda. I would like to ask you which manufacturers have relatively reliable technology in making small-scale/pilot-scale distillation towers. Thank you for providing more information! For a tower of your size, most tower manufacturers may not be able to make it for you. If you still need to invite bids, unless you have a packaging agreement, use it as a binding condition for your future craft package sales.
There is nothing special about the tower body, the key is the internal parts inside. Mainly trays, packing, etc. The packing manufacturers are mainly Tianda, and the tray manufacturers include East China Institute of Chemical Technology, Tianda, Tsinghua University, etc.
I want to build a packed tower, and I want to find a manufacturer that produces distillation towers. As for the specifications and manufacturers of each tower component, we have to negotiate and decide, so I hope you can provide us with a few units that make distillation tower equipment.
Tianda Beiyang can do it, and there is talk of signing a contract soon, and the leaders want to invite bids again.
Just find a local chemical machinery processing factory.
The unit for tower diameter 25~80mm is wrong. Haha, the tower engineer doesn’t know much about the internal parts. Can he help me?
Beijing Zehua Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. is from Tsinghua University. It is said that it has done quite well in recent years.
You can ask Shijiazhuang Jinggong Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., they do a pretty good job
There is one in Shanghai. . . . You can ask
Let me tell you about a person who specializes in tower research. He has won an award and his efficiency has increased by several percentage points. It is very impressive——Mr. Zheng from the Huayuan Building, School of Chemical Engineering, Hebei University of Science and Technology.
I posted a message. You can ask Teacher Zheng. He is very knowledgeable about distillation towers. I graduated from there and I admire him very much.
The distillation tower you mentioned is too small. It is probably a pilot plant and requires relatively high precision. Generally, equipment manufacturers are unwilling to take over. The price of such equipment is low, so you won't save much money by bidding, and the quality of the manufacturer that wins the bid may not be good. It is recommended that you find several manufacturers that specialize in small and medium-sized equipment and ask about the prices. Logically speaking, it is only after the drawings of the equipment are released that the manufacturer knows how much material to use and then gives the price.
Thank you! I'll check online……
Huali seems to have a filler that is pretty good, but I forgot the specific one.-_-!!!
Another company, Runbang Petrochemical, is a company that cooperates with the Separate Teaching and Research Office of the Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University. It is also good at making fillers.
Let me give you one, Tianjin Haili Technology Development Co., Ltd., the boss of the company is also a professor at Tianda College of Chemical Engineering. He has been making distillation towers for many years. I have seen the kind of small tower you mentioned. I also saw it in a company today. It looks pretty good.
