I graduated in June this year, and after graduation I will work in a chemical industry company on related design tasks. I feel that my knowledge of CAD is relatively weak, and since this skill will be needed frequently in my future work, I need to spend more time studying it in specialized courses. I graduated in 2005 with a degree in Urban Transportation Engineering, but I haven’t worked in that field since graduation; instead, I switched to the field of food chemistry. Due to this change in career path, I lack knowledge in food processing techniques, and I hope to make progress at Haichuan. I mainly work on small-scale engineering budgets, drawing flowcharts, and creating 3D simulations. Obtained the Autodesk Senior Engineer certificate in 2007. The use of CAD should be fine; simple secondary development is possible, but it’s not feasible when it comes to programming languages. I got 60 points on my university programming exam~~~ Hehe. I graduated from a technical school in 1986 (though I have since obtained a bachelor’s degree through self-study exams). I have been working in catalytic cracking for over 10 years, and I also have 3 years of experience in scheduling. Currently, my company is working on new projects, and I am in charge of catalytic reforming, aromatic extraction, and non-hydrogenative upgrading processes. I have just started using AutoCAD 2006, and through my own learning, I am now able to draw 2D flowcharts proficiently; I am not yet skilled at working with 3D graphics. I still need to keep learning from all of you*. My strengths include computer knowledge (I studied computer information management at the junior college level). Additionally, if you have any technical materials related to reforming, aromatics, and non-hydrogenation reforming, please feel free to share them with me.

Let me also introduce myself. I graduated in 2002 and have been working in the petrochemical industry, focusing on the design of components used in towers. I consider myself proficient in CAD (2D versions from R12 to 2008), and I have also done considerable research on 3D software. In my free time, I enjoy developing customized versions of CAD and software tools. I hope to exchange ideas and learn from everyone here*

I graduated 2 years ago and have been working for half a year. I love computers; although my field of study was chemical engineering, my greatest hobby is trying out various software. I think I’m decent at CAD – I’m familiar with 2D drawing in AUTOCAD, and I’ve also tried 3D modeling though I don’t see much use for it； Other CAD software is basically similar in usage to AUTOCAD ； Hehe, I haven’t formally learned programming; I’m not talking about secondary development. I come here often because I think the atmosphere here is nice, in order to learn stuff. The people mentioned above look familiar to me; hehe, I hope we can exchange ideas and learn from each other more in the future*

I graduated in 1996, majoring in chemical engineering machinery. Back then, I spent all my time drawing at the desk – it was really exhausting. Now, with AutoCAD, everything has become much simpler. I haven’t studied it systematically, nor am I engaged in professional design; my CAD skills are average, allowing me to handle only simple tasks. When faced with problems, I still need to seek advice from others. I used to work in a chemical plant; now I am engaged in research and design related to metallurgical engineering at a research institute. I have only switched careers for less than three years and am still a beginner. It would be great to have colleagues with whom I can exchange ideas, and I hope to become friends with the students at Haichuan. I enjoy sports, but I don’t have any special skills.

I work at a chemical engineering design firm, in the process piping department, where I am involved in CAD customization. I have collected and developed many LSP programs on my own. Although these tools may not be directly related to my field of expertise, they are an excellent help if you use CAD, as they compensate for its inherent limitations! I also have ARX and DVB programs at my disposal; I consider them to be very useful tools that eliminate the need for repetitive tasks, thereby improving work efficiency. In the company’s words, if you can’t help the company make money, then if you can help it save money, that’s still a form of profit! It’s been two years since I graduated; my degree is not in a mechanical field, so I’m not very familiar with CAD. I currently work at a compressor company, and that’s why I want to learn CAD drawing. I hope everyone can offer me guidance and help.

I graduated in 2006, majoring in automation. After graduation, I worked at a small engineering company, applying my expertise in that field; nowadays I also handle electrical design work. Perhaps because I just graduated, I still don’t have a deep understanding of control systems and electrical engineering. I hope to improve together with my colleagues at Haichuan, and wish Haichuan continued success. I am mainly involved in design and quotation for automation and electrical systems, as well as in creating P&ID diagrams and construction drawings. My skills in using CAD are average; I can carry out some basic secondary development work. I hope to make progress together with my colleagues in the Haichuan CAD team.

I graduated in 2004 and wanted to open a design firm, but I didn’t have the necessary skills. AutoCAD seemed okay to me; I’m proficient in many CAD programs ranging from R14 to 2008, such as ProE, SolidWorks, CATIA, SolidEdge, and so on. To master CAD, one must be diligent in both practice and thinking, and remember the shortcut keys well – then drawing ordinary diagrams becomes easy. I graduated in 2007 and work in the technical department of the preparation office, dealing with environmental protection tasks. I think I’m pretty good at using CAD, but I haven’t done much in terms of secondary development; I hope to be able to exchange more ideas with everyone.

Just by looking at my photos, you can tell I’m old; I have been working in biochemical refining for many years, mainly focusing on process research, and I’m no expert when it comes to equipment. I am a junior this year; I have been using AutoCAD 2006 for over two years and can now draw 2D flowcharts proficiently. This post is interesting; relax a bit! I have been working in a technical field since I started my career, and drawing has become an essential part of my work. At first I used drawing boards, then I gradually learned CAD 2000, followed by versions 2002 and 2004; now it’s version 2006. Eventually I stopped using drawing boards and rulers, and I also learned drawing software such as CAXA and KaiMu. I’ve been moving forward along this path, experiencing both difficulties and joys! I graduated from a chemical engineering school in 2001 and obtained an associate degree through self-study exams. After graduation, I loved drawing, so I spent three months learning CAD drawing at my workplace; back then I used CAD 2000. My drawing skills are fairly good now. I work at a fluorine chemical plant, and in my free time I draw and keep learning. It feels great to be here and able to learn together with everyone – after all, many hands make light work! I believe everyone will be able to learn and make good use of CAD, as it is extremely useful for all of us!

I graduated in 2003 with a degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, specializing in HVAC systems. I currently work in engineering, mainly dealing with the design of central air conditioning systems, as well as preparing budgets. I work for a small Taiwanese-owned company. Since I need to create drawings regularly, professional drawing software is essential. I have used programs such as Tianzheng HVAC and Hongye HVAC on my computer, and in addition, I’ve also used various classic LISP programs from different forums as drawing plugins – programs like cheng, shlisp, CoolTable, CheapWorker Tool Version 4, MiniBuild, XCAD, Text Editor Master, and so on. I’ve tried all the well-known programs that offer powerful functions. However, since I don’t know how to program, I keep browsing various forums to gather information, hoping to learn something from different websites. Thank you! ! !
