The company has asked me to draft a set of rules and regulations for managing such changes. I have never seen such a system before; I would be very grateful if anyone could provide me with any relevant rules, regulations, or similar materials.

Ironmaking plants should develop blast furnace operation plans based on the quality of coke, to ensure smooth and stable furnace operation. 3.4 All relevant units must fully recognize the importance of this work, and carry out their tasks actively in accordance with their respective responsibilities to ensure the smooth progress of production. 4 This plan shall be implemented starting from the bottom level.
