I’ve been hearing the term \"three-break protection\" quite often lately. I have a general idea of what it means, but I’d like to ask everyone here: does this three-break protection ensure that the valve remains in either the open or closed position when one of the gas, electricity, or signal connections is interrupted? Or can it only keep the valve in its state at the time of the failure? Thank you!~
Three-break protection refers to the use of components such as solenoids to create a specific air circuit, which ensures that the valve remains in its pre-set position when its power supply, air supply, control signals, or all of these fail. This position can be on/off/fault
Depending on the actuator and accessories you choose, it is possible to determine whether the valve will remain in its faulty position, or stay fully open or fully closed, in the event of a power loss, air supply interruption, or signal loss.
