GSPTM gasification technology is a large-scale pulverized coal gasification technology owned by the German Siemens Group; it was developed and put into commercial use at the former German Fuel Institute (DBI) in the late 1970s. Developed for the chemical industry with the aim of reducing investment and costs, the GSPTM gasification technology is one of the world’s advanced large-scale pressurized fluidized bed technologies for coal powder feed. In 1979 and 1996, pilot-scale gasification units of 3 MW and 5 MW were installed at Siemens’ gasification R&D center in Freiberg. The coal types tested with these two sets of devices came from Germany, China, Poland, the former Soviet Union, South Africa, Spain, Bulgaria, Canada, Australia, and the Czech Republic, among others. After the reunification of East and West Germany, this technology was extended to gasification applications involving biomass, municipal waste, petroleum coke, chlorinated wastes, and other fuels.
The selection of large-scale synthetic ammonia compressor units with a capacity of 300,000 tons should prioritize domestic production; for air compression/boosting units, Shangdu and Shengdu should be considered, for syngas compressors, Jinhua Machinery should be taken into account, and for ammonia compressors, Shengdu should be chosen
