Disassemble the flanges of each equipment and valves, remove the analytical sampling valve, pressure gauge, flow meter orifice plate, and instrument adjustment mechanism. Blow out the equipment one by one and each section of pipe according to the process. Repeat several times until the blown gas is clean. After blowing a part each time, install the relevant flanges, valves and instruments. Process pipes are generally purged with air, steam pipe networks are purged with steam, and water systems are cleaned with water.
