The crystallization temperature of 98A is +0.1℃, so in the north, insulation is needed； In the south, insulation is generally not needed!
In the north, sulfuric acid pipelines and storage tanks do need to be insulated and heated, otherwise the crystallization phenomenon will be serious in winter. Generally speaking, there is no need to consider it in the south. However, considering the principle of intrinsic safety, if there is freezing weather this year, it is better to do some insulation.
I think if your ambient temperature may be lower than the crystallization temperature +0.1℃, you should keep it warm.
I agree with the point above. Heat tracing pipelines still need to be considered when designing. Although they are not used in the south, they are still used in special circumstances!
