The lubricating oil in the bearing housing of the high-pressure air-cooled injection pump in our factory has emulsified; it is believed that water has gotten into it. We would appreciate some guidance from experts, and could you also provide a schematic diagram of it?
The reasons analyzed based on the problem you mentioned are: 1. Leakage in the lubricating oil water cooler of the high-pressure injection pump, which is a quite common phenomenon. 2. The lubricant has not been replaced for a long time, or its quality is poor and it has become ineffective. It is mainly necessary to analyze each case on its own, making judgments based on the return temperature of the lubricating oil as well as its color and quality

It depends on what type of sealing is used at the crankcase end – is it a packing? Skeletal oil seal? Or a labyrinth-type contactless seal? If this is the case frequently, it’s better to use V-type packing seals (10 per set are easy to install, but pay attention to the upper and lower order). Our factory also has high-pressure injection pumps; they are plunger pumps with a pressure of 19.6 MPa, and V-type packing is used, which yields very good results.
