The current refractory material used in the gasification furnace is castable, but it is not cast as a single piece; gaps were found between the refractory materials at some joints, resulting in overheating of the outer wall of the gasification furnace. However, due to location and space constraints within the gasifier, the gaps between the refractory materials at the aforementioned joints cannot be repaired manually. I wonder if anyone has any good suggestions?

What do you mean by carrying out direct manual repair? Could you explain it in more detail? Generally, problems with the gaps between the bricks in a gasification furnace cause the furnace wall temperature to exceed the designed level; in such cases, the only solution is to replace the bricks on the side facing the flame. There is no other way at present.

I agree that we should rebuild the furnace now, and redo the several bricks with gaps
Repairing it directly with repair material still yields good results
