Methods for handling used oil by the quality inspection department

Our factory’s quality control department stores the sample oils obtained after each testing in large barrels, and then transports them in batches to the oil processing area for further treatment. Since all the staff in the quality control department are women, there are certain difficulties as well as risks associated with this transportation process. I wonder if there is a better way to solve this problem? I would be very grateful if such a solution could be found

Waste recycling, energy conservation, and environmental protection – I think it’s necessary! But the key is how to deal with the issue of inspectors moving items around; in that case, the factory should install an automatic pumping device! :)
Switch to a smaller bucket. Handle it regularly, or establish a system to have the personnel in the tank area pull it back on a regular basis. I think the key is to establish a good reward system. This initiative is aimed at recycling corporate waste, saving energy, and protecting the environment; therefore, with substantial rewards, there is nothing that cannot be done. It's just my personal opinion; please feel free to criticize and correct me.
The most basic approach is to build a vehicle, install an appropriate container in it, add a valve at the back, and use it to transport the oil to an oil collection pit for disposal. If your factory is located in the north, it’s best to find a place with steam available; sometimes the container also needs to be heated so that the oil can flow out more quickly. I have done this kind of work before.
Our company has a dedicated department for collecting used oil; the oil collected from sewage treatment plants, along with other recovered oils, is pumped to the crude oil storage area for reprocessing.
How to deal with it? Any good suggestions?
