The temperature of the polymerization tank is generally lowered to below 45 degrees, and the stirring speed should be reduced to ensure that the slurry does not settle. As long as you wait no more than 8 hours or the vc is completely recovered, there is no need to add more terminator.
The stirring should be turned on regularly, otherwise the material will easily agglomerate and settle! Reduce the flow rate of the bottom water to prevent the pot from filling up! If the discharging time is too long, it will affect the whiteness, thermal stability, and fish-eye degree of the resin! As for the next air stripping process, it is more difficult to control the process operation compared to the normally discharged material!
