Learn from colleagues in various ways*, understand the site better, communicate more, and exchange ideas frequently. When actual problems arise, everyone works together to find solutions, and so on
The original poster always presents the issues in a vague manner; perhaps they are not good at expressing themselves, or maybe they don’t think carefully enough. The way in which a process engineer can perform their job well varies, as different requirements exist in different plants and facilities. Basically, two things need to be accomplished: one is to be familiar with the plant’s operating procedures and understand the process operations within it; if one also serves as a equipment technician, it is necessary to know how to handle basic issues related to both moving and stationary equipment ； Another aspect is to coordinate the relationship between the workshop and the shift workers, as well as among the different shift teams, in order to allocate daily tasks reasonably. The other things aren’t that big of a deal either.
I’m a new employee. From what I’ve observed, in our company it’s generally required that employees have at least an intermediate vocational education level, be proficient in the technology related to a specific set of equipment, and be able to independently handle emergencies that arise in their assigned roles as well as common issues that occur during production. Also, it’s important to know how to handle situations well; having a good tolerance for alcohol is crucial too!
