For ordinary employees, money is the most important incentive, while for senior managers, the prospects for career development in their work environment are more important than money.
I think it varies from person to person. Some people like money, so motivate them with money! Some people crave power, so give them power! As long as they are capable, some people prefer other things. Managing people is an art, but it is first and foremost a skill; only by mastering that skill can it evolve into an art – it’s not easy
Improving the enthusiasm and management skills of employees in the chlor-alkali industry is not simply a matter of providing money and power. But without pay, no one will work.
When it comes to employees’ enthusiasm for work, money is not the most important factor; of course, the salary shouldn’t be too low either. What’s important is that managers should spend time with their employees, understand their difficulties and the situation in production, and help them solve problems within their scope of responsibility. One should not look down on operators but rather listen humbly to their opinions, as those opinions can sometimes be very valuable. Make employees not fear you but obey your management, so that they see you as a good leader and admire you wholeheartedly. As senior leaders, one should show more care and concern for employees on a regular basis; during holidays, it’s good to give them some gifts as a token of appreciation. It doesn’t need to be anything expensive, but it will make the employees very happy.
Thank you all; I think a higher salary is more useful than anything else
