I’ve entered the configuration settings for the intelligent controller – why can’t I access the PID settings?

Enter the password to access the configuration parameter settings, but I can’t find the settings related to the PID parameters; it’s mentioned in the manual.
I got another PID intelligent controller – how do I connect it to the pressure transmitter? There is a MA output that can activate the pressure transmitter, but the instrument displays incorrect readings. I see two terminals on the instrument marked as DC24V, but no voltage is present when checked.
You need to carefully read the instructions for the PID intelligent controller. Transmitters are usually two-wire types and require 24VDC power; there is a positive terminal for 24V, and the feedback signal of 4~20mA also has a positive terminal. Generally, the positive terminal of the transmitter is connected to the positive terminal of 24VDC, while the negative terminal of the transmitter is connected to the negative terminal of the 4~20mA signal. If the intelligent controller does not output any voltage at 24VDC, then it’s a problem with the digital display – please check whether the digital display is functioning properly.
The original poster had better read the instructions carefully; even though the display seems small, it has a wide range of functions. Many instruments are manufactured according to the function codes provided at the time of ordering. Although the meter has PID functionality, if you don’t request it when purchasing the meter, it may not be provided.
