The primary consideration is that the poor performance of the inner liner has led to caking, thereby increasing resistance.
Based on my experience, you should check if there’s a problem with the chlorine wash tower. Is the washing temperature of chlorine water much lower than the temperature of the chlorine gas at the outlet? Under normal conditions, the difference is very small. Chlorine water does not provide an effective cleaning effect; it carries sodium salts to the collector, causing the filter elements to become clogged and increasing the pressure drop.
