The designed burnout rate of our factory is 98.88%, but the average in actual production is 98.5~98.6%. When the furnace is new, the firing rate is extremely high, exceeding 99% in the first three months.

In fact, I think the current burnout rate is of little significance. Some ores entering the furnace contain more than 40% sulfur, some about 25%, and even lower, while the slag sulfur content is basically 0.3~0.5%. How to compare? Each factory should adjust its process and operating indicators based on the actual situation of its own unit and the use of the slag.
