Does a mixer with design pressure - 0.1/0.6MPa, working pressure 1atm, inner diameter 4200, and non-toxic medium need to be analyzed and designed? What kind of concept is the analysis and design mentioned by the poster? Does it refer to power calculation analysis, flow field analysis (CFD) of the mixer, or other analysis such as the stability of the mixing shaft? If you have further information, please contact me and I can help you answer it.

This needs to be designed by a manufacturer that specializes in mixers. It is difficult for manufacturers to do this.

I also feel that the poster’s understanding is wrong. Analysis and design does not refer to the strength analysis and design of your pressure vessel. Not qualified enough.

If the customer requires proof that the mixing effect is good, then use analysis.
