It seems to be a fairly mainstream software as well.
Following standard procedures for file handling can help avoid many errors, but if the secondary development is not done properly, it will be very inconvenient to use.
There are quite a few jobs in the instrumentation field where this software can be used. I’m not very familiar with it, but all the instrumentation engineers around me use it
It seems quite good when it’s not in use, but after trying it out, I feel it still needs further improvements to better meet customers’ needs
This software isn’t very suitable for Chinese people; it wasn’t developed for our use. What we are doing now is adapting this software to China’s national conditions, but China’s development teams are not very strong either; as a result, many functions and software concepts are not applied in Chinese engineering projects. Overall, it seems this software is useful, but we haven’t used it well! Or rather, it won’t be used at all. :'(
This software is quite well-known in the industry, but it is still some way off from being ready for use in actual engineering applications. Firstly, it does not fully address the issue of automatic import of process data. Additionally, the format of the resulting files such as indexes and specification sheets is not what we need; it is a generic format, and significant work is required to modify these templates； The domestic INTERGRAPH company has also not made sufficient efforts to promote this software, which prevents it from being widely disseminated.
I’m not sure if it’s applicable in manufacturing enterprises, and what functions does it have? How much does the software cost approximately?
Software is heavily restricted, and one must use legitimate versions; yet people in China prefer pirated copies. Which leader would be willing to invest money in software?

This software must also be an international industry standard, with a 75% market share. I have been working on its secondary development for three years, and tasks such as data import, merging, and maintenance are no problem at all. The key is to find the right secondary development company; without secondary development, there is only software, and it’s difficult to move forward.
Is no one in China using this software now?
According to those who have used it, it’s quite troublesome to use; it doesn’t work well at first, but maintenance becomes easier later on
Overall, it’s not bad, but it’s not very good at generating complex circuit diagrams; they look uncomfortable to view, as if the circuits have been disassembled

Our company has been using it for many years, and here are our thoughts: 1) For small projects, there is no need to use INTOOLS. 2) INTOOLS is a good software; it works very well once you become proficient in using it, but it can be a bit tricky at first. 3) It is also possible to learn *INFORMAKER for support at the same time (which isn’t difficult either); there is absolutely no need to hire a professional company for development. Overall, it’s very good. The main advantages are: 1) It enables remote work; one can work as long as there is an internet connection. For example, on-site: 2) it greatly improves work efficiency and accuracy; 3) in fact, it is the owners who should use it the most, especially large enterprises – it is highly necessary.
