A new process project for bulk chemicals via non-petroleum routes in our organization is funded by the **Science and Technology Support Program**. Now, to apply for another partnership project, the other party requires us to provide examples of large-scale projects we have completed in the past. “**I found that the full English title for the “Science and Technology Support Program” is supposed to be “National Key Technology R&D Program”, but the other party considers it to be incorrect :( Could some expert help me find out if there is an official formal English name for the **Science and Technology Support Program?
