A project with a production capacity of 300,000 tons of coal-based synthetic ammonia, covering coal storage and transportation, coal gasification, shift reaction, desulfurization, decarbonization, and ammonia synthesis. The more mature methods at present are: pressurized gasification of water-coal slurry, medium-temperature sulfur-tolerant shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing, low-temperature liquid nitrogen washing, ammonia synthesis, and ammonia refrigeration. But you surely won’t just produce synthetic ammonia, right! What are the subsequent products? The investment for ammonia synthesis is estimated to be over 2 billion yuan. Including investments in utilities: water, electricity, gas, and steam.
Your factory can refer to the 300,000-ton project on the Wei River in Shaanxi.
