Can 16Mn seamless pipe be used?

Recently, I encountered in the design that the maximum possible temperature of the N2 medium in the pipeline is 380°C. No. 20 carbon steel cannot be used. I wonder if 16Mn seamless pipe can be used? Some people suggest using 15CrMo material, but the price difference between the two is large. In addition, what does the seamless pipe material 16Mn Q345 (BCD) mean?
16Mn can be used at the extreme -35 degrees, but the allowable stress at high temperatures is poor, so alloy steel such as 15CrMo is still used.
