When I install the primary bottom pump and the constant bottom pump, they are pumped out every time they are preheated. It poses a great threat to production safety. Is this the case with your brother's unit as well? Our process is that there is a connecting line above and below the outlet valve. During preheating, the outlet is closed and the inlet is opened, and the upper and lower connecting lines of the outlet valve are opened. Please give me some advice. Is there any good way to avoid this phenomenon? What modifications need to be made? Is it possible to achieve this under the current status (without stopping work)?
Change the upper and lower connecting lines of the outlet valve to between the pump check valve and the pump body to discharge the gas.
Reply 2# Have the unemployed tried this method? Will the gas not enter the pump inlet? The inlet pressure is lower than the outlet pressure. Some devices use a preheating line, that is, the outlet and inlet of the pump are not open, and a preheating line is led through the pump body.
I think you can open the outlet first, close the inlet, then open the pump body to vent, and slowly introduce the hot oil into the pump body. When the hot oil is completely filled with the pump body, open the pump inlet, preheat it, vent and clean the line.
Our approach is: During preheating, open the inlet valve, slightly open the outlet vent valve, and slowly exhaust the gas in the pump. When a small amount of medium comes out, close the vent valve, and then use a preheating valve equivalent to the outlet valve's secondary line to preheat at the preheating speed. Occasionally, if there is evacuation, it can be adjusted in a few seconds and has little impact on the operation.
